Inspector 1
Position Description:
This position is responsible for the following:

Preparing daily inspection reports
-
Tracking daily quantities
-
Completing project plans
-
Taking construction photos
-
Monitoring contractor's work for conformance to design plans and specifications
Position Requirements:
Interested parties should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience related to construction inspection. Experience in ultiliy construction is preferred. Basic competency in MIcrosoft Word and Microsoft Excel is a must. Applicant should be a high school graduate or have GED. Applicant must also have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for site visits.

This position is responsible for the following:

Inspection of work on water and sewer pipeline construction

Preparing daily inspection reports

Tracking daily quantities

Completing project plans

Taking construction photos

Monitoring contractor's work for conformance to design plans and specifications
Position Requirements:
Interested parties should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in inspecting underground water and pipeline construction. The position also requires sediment/erosion control certification (Green / Yellow card) and concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and Temporary Traffic Control certifications. Basic competency in MIcrosoft Word and Microsoft Excel is a must. Applicant should also be familiar with construcion management software (Primavera Construction Management - CM 14). A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. Applicant must also have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle for site visits.
