About Baker Engineering Services, Inc.
Baker Engineering Services Inc. is an MBE/DBE certified company whose president is a Maryland Registered Professional Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. His leadership provides the company with a solid background and experience in managing design and construction contracts involving street, highway, traffic and utilities. Thirty-three years of his experience was directed to City personnel in problem solving issues that affected various Divisions’ daily operations within the City’s Transportation Department. These projects involved signals, new conduit systems and rebuilt conduit systems affected by other underground utilities. His responsibility within local government ensured that projects conformed to Baltimore City’s standards and specifications.

Company Profile.
Baker Engineering Services Inc. (BES), an MBE/DBE Certified Company in the State of Maryland and a certified small business with MBE/Prequalification Certification status with the City of Baltimore, provides project management and obtains permits for utility construction and repairs from relevant agencies in the City of Baltimore.
